One audience; multiple platforms

All LocalAds campaigns are display campaigns, but you can purchase additional spend to expand your client's campaign to other platforms. Based on their campaign goals and ad spend, our digital advertising strategists can combine LocalAds display with other platforms such as search, social, and video. The technology we use makes the information easily flow from one platform to another.

After Purchase:

1. We will email you the order form to fill out to give us the information we need to set up your campaign.

2. Next, activate "Facebook & Instagram Ads: Campaign". You'll be charged the first month upon activation.

3. The anniversary date for the following months will be set a month from the campaign launch date.



Where will my ads be served?

All LocalAds campaigns are display campaigns that can also be combined with social, search, or video campaigns depending on your client's goals and ad spend. Display campaigns serve banners in websites visited by your client's audience. Search campaigns promote your client on Google's search results page. Video campaigns serve ads in video platforms like Youtube.

What does the timeline look like from order submission to campaign launch?

You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days after the order form is submitted. A formal onboarding call is not always necessary. However, the Digital Ads team may contact you (or the advertiser directly - if you specify us to do so) during the fulfillment process to gather more information if needed. Within 10 business days after the deliverables outlined by the team (example: different access, logos etc) are received, the campaign will be launched. Note: A day or two before campaign launch, you will receive an email from our team sharing screenshots of the ads and the landing page, if applicable. If you or the advertiser have any feedback, this is the best time to let us know.

Can I target multiple audiences in the same campaign?

You can, but we strongly recommend you to focus on one set of audience per campaign. Having multiple audiences will split your client's budget and might cause your ads to perform not so well.

How am I billed?

We require a credit card on file before we begin. The initial fee will be charged at activation (within the week). The first month fee will be charged in 1-3 business days before the start of the campaign. Consecutive monthly charges will be done on the same date in the corresponding month.

Why do you require a 3-month commitment?

Although most of our partners experience satisfactory results within the first months of their campaigns, we typically achieve a higher ROI after the third month. There is a lot of testing and measuring during the first months of a campaign because we're fine-tuning the tactics and target audience.
